LOVE IS GOD'S MASTERPIECE

Every artist of historic renown
Each painter of man's colorful record upon this earth
Has created at least one masterpiece.
A canvas of genius from the essence of himself.
A masterwork that becomes immortal.
A masterpiece that outlives time
A work of art can span the centuries like
The rays of a morning sun upon the ocean waves,
Which in turn soak up golden, sparkling sunbeams
As the lights cross the clouds, disperse the fogs
And whisk the radiance to the distant shore.
God's own masterpiece is Love.
Love which spanned the centuries of time.
Love which paints the portrait of His divinity,
The essence of His energy and warmth,
His sunlight pouring through trillions of rays.
He is the risen Sun with healing in His wings.
His Love is a masterpiece that outlives time
A work of art reflecting His hot and passionate Love
Poured out upon the oceans of our souls
And in turn, painting Love upon our spirits
Though the glory of His cross and the beauty of His sacrifice.
His Love-light crossing the clouds, dispersing the fogs
And whisking us to the safety of His distant arms
Now close, now comforting, now healing
Now stroking us like a mother with a newborn babe.
Now wrapping us up in His great Love.
